1. General conditions:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • However, if the product is defective in any way, we will cover the cost of inbound shipping.

2. Return process:

  • In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Juuce UG (haftungsbeschränkt, Westermühlstr. 30, 80469 Munich, Germany, e-mail: info (at) juuce.online) by submitting a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) that you have decided to revoke our contract.
  • Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components.
  • If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide sufficient protection against transport damage.

You must return the goods to us immediately - and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation – back to:

4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info (at) juuce.online.

5. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info (at) juuce.online and send your item to the return address mentioned above (see 3.)
